Privacy Policy
CronBase is committed to transparency about how we collect, use, and share information. This policy explains our practices in plain language.

Information We Collect
CronBase is a reference tool — we do not require registration, do not collect names or email addresses, and do not store personally identifiable information on our servers. The only data collected is anonymous usage data through third-party analytics services described below.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. This data is aggregated and anonymous — it does not identify you personally.
GA4 may set cookies on your device to measure page views, session duration, and feature usage (for example, copying a cron expression or expanding a FAQ). Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-preserving and does not use cookies.
GA4 Consent Mode v2
We implement Google's Consent Mode v2. For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Brazil we default all tracking to Denied until you give explicit consent via the cookie banner. The consent parameters we manage are:
- ad_storage — cookies used for advertising.
- ad_user_data — user data sent to Google for advertising.
- ad_personalization — personalised advertising and remarketing.
- analytics_storage — cookies used for analytics and performance measurement.
Advertising
CronBase uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense is operated by Google LLC. Google and its partners use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to CronBase and/or other websites. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
For more information about how Google uses data from sites that use its advertising services, see Google's Privacy & Terms.
Affiliate Partnerships
CronBase participates in affiliate programmes. Some pages include links to third-party products and services that are editorially selected for relevance to cron scheduling. When you click one of these links and make a purchase or sign up, CronBase may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
All affiliate links are clearly labelled with a Partner badge and carry the rel="sponsored" attribute in accordance with Google's link scheme guidelines and the FTC's endorsement disclosure requirements.
Current affiliate partners include BetterStack (cron job monitoring and uptime). Affiliate relationships do not influence editorial decisions — products are only recommended where they are genuinely useful to the visitor.
Affiliate links may include UTM tracking parameters (utm_source=cronbase) so we can measure click performance in our own analytics. No personal data is passed to partner sites beyond what your browser sends in a normal HTTP request.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. CronBase uses cookies for two purposes: analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google AdSense). We store your consent preferences in browser local storage.
You can disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so may limit certain site functionality. You can also change your consent preferences using the cookie banner that appeared on your first visit.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Anonymous analytics data is processed by Google (GA4) and Cloudflare under their respective privacy policies. Ad serving is handled by Google AdSense under Google's privacy policy.
We do not share data with any other third parties.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Since CronBase does not collect personally identifiable information directly, most requests should be directed to the third-party services (Google, Cloudflare) whose privacy policies govern data they process.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of CronBase after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
